Matron (Part-time)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain student attendance records and other required records.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and /or graduate students on topics such hand hygiene, isolation precaution, nasogastric tube, and pre-briefing before teaching the procedure.
- To make sure monthly inventory is updated.
- Prepare course materials such as consumables, manikin, and computer setup.
- Maintain department policies, procedures, objectives, or infection control standards.
- Read current literature, talk with colleagues, or participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in nursing.
- Supervise students' self-directing learning and procedure.
- Assess clinical education needs.
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.Participate in student recruitment, registration, and placement activities with the marketing department/ registration.
- To make sure all equipment and manikin are in good condition.

**Qualification**
- Malaysian State Registered Nurse (SRN)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From RM150.00 per day

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- nursing: 2 years (preferred)
