**Requirements**:

- Degree with 3 years in a planning/production role within manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with SAP system and experienced with SAP usage.
- Good at numbers and calculations.
- Competent IT skills in Microsoft Office, Words and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high motivation.
- Good team working spirit and experience, proactive attitude to cooperation with colleagues
- Communications skills in English and Malay, Mandarin.

**Responsibility**
- Cooperate closely with production and engineering team to release Weekly and Daily Production Plan. Work out the weekly and daily production plan of each procedure according to the MPS, shipment plan and safety inventory strategy.
- Weekly generate SAP WO & MES WO according to the latest revision provide by Project.
- Plans and prepares schedules for production. Referring to master schedule to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Sense on WIP and FG control, support BU on inventory control.
- Support Project Management team on ECN coordination.
- Support CDS/BU on capacity evaluation and calculation.
- Update weekly report to production management.
- Follow shipping status and update weekly shipment report.
- Monitor production schedule changes and coordinate plan schedule activities with production as required.
- Update weekend OT plan.
- Co-ordinate with customer for the ResMed forecast and shipment Commitment.
- Compile monthly shipment quantity to Kaifa coordinator.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
