JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the flawless implementation of all on air promotional activity including client sponsorships and promotions, station/brand survey promotions and on-air activity ensuring all internal and external compliance standards and guidelines are met.
- Ensure station planners, inventory management systems and all features and segment one pagers are regularly updated and accurately reflect activity on the station/brand.
- Work with Branded Integration Manager and Senior Associate to develop contacts and key relationships with a view to growing station/brand revenues, awareness, and listenership of Astro Radio brands.
- Provide accurate and timely paperwork to finance as required. Ensure that all winner data, prizes, and prize fulfilment meet Astro Radio’s internal compliance guidelines.
- Attend CSM’s brainstorm sessions if required or requested.
- Be the point of contact to proactively work with the Branded Integration manager and Senior Associate to resolve client, listener, sales and stations/brands enquiries and complaints.
- Plan and deliver all promotional activity to be delivered within agreed budgets. For major promotions track and plan budget and prize spend.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Combines excellence in teamwork with the ability to work as part of the branded integration and across cross functional teams within the Company.
- Can demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Company brands and values.
- Can identify a vision along with the strategic plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal of the branded integration team (evaluates situation, decisions, issues etc in the short, medium, and long term)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to get a message understood clearly by adopting a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the information.
- Is proactive and full of energy and drive, looking for challenges with a strong desire to succeed. Is flexible and optimistic and can continually overcome resistance to change.
- Results driven and have excellent problem-solving skills and takes a proactive approach when problems arise, can offer proactive solutions without being prompted.
- Is highly organized with great attention to detail, able to work within and ensure that internal systems and procedures are adhered to and followed.
- Is flexible and able to manage and handle multiple tasks and projects.
