Establishes project priorities and schedules, in line with strategic plans and operating objectives. Provides specialized advice, facilitation, and support to management, staff, and/or students in the development and implementation of effective systems, procedures, programs, and/or practices. May oversee one or more specified key operational or business functions for the unit, as appropriate to individual requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate with 3PL & in-house team for installation/service.
- To work with customers to check aircon unit upon receiving.
- To handle RMA cases when necessary.
- To coordinate with customer service and customers on installation/service appointments.
- To conduct check on installation team and report to management on workmanship compliance.
- Troubleshooting and training.
- QC of installation works.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English & Malay (Advantageous if able to speak Mandarin)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field will have an advantage.
