Service Exec:
**Job Description**:

- Monitor the day to day after sales operations to ensure that all staff follows the procedures laid down by the vehicle manufacturer (like Workshop Process Consulting / sending technical info, feedback etc o To constantly monitor the operation to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), WPC and audit requirements are followed and ensure corrective actions are initiated wherever required proactively
- To ensure that all company policies are followed by all staff fully and initiated corrective actions whenever required o To maintain good business relationship with vehicle manufacturer
- To ensure proper coordination between other departments (finance/sales/HR etc) for smooth running of after sales operations
- Closely monitor aftersales throughput, revenue and products upselling achievement on a daily basis and to take corrective actions wherever necessary to achieve the targeted after sales financials
- To seek ways to constantly improve the services rendered to customers to ensure CSI achievement of the branch achieving above national average score within the Mitsubishi dealer network as a minimum requirement.

Parts Controller:
**Job Description**:

- Check parts availability and supply required by technicians to ensure no delay in repair work.
- Prepare documents to order parts required in accordance to parts order list.
- Receive stock and verify Delivery Note with PO in order to ensure accurate and good delivery.
- Report on any discrepancy of parts received.
- Assist SA to provide customer with repair or purchase quotation.
- Administrate related documentation for submission to Finance Department as well for audit purposes.
- Practice proper housekeeping and monitor the safety of parts storage.
- Ensure compliance to parts policies and processes to minimize deviation in service levels and maintaining good customer service.
- Perform any other duties that may be delegated from superior from time to time.

Technician:
**Job Description**:

- Carry out service repair / maintenance jobs in the workshop and field on our products sold as instructed adhering to time constraints and company standards.
- Prepare and submitting technical reports as required on the work order.
- Communicates with service managers about parts ordered, parts required and timeliness of order completion.
- Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each vehicle.
- Keeps work area clean and neat especially to ensure safety of all team members.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
