JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. To implement and execute projects organized on ground level such as outside broadcast, client focus events, events at client’s locations, the Company’s and/or the Company’s client’s events and/or activities (collectively, “Events”). For avoidance of doubt, the Company’s events and/or activities shall include events and/or activities organised by/for radio station(s) operated, managed and/or controlled by the Company;

ii. To ensure timely set up and prominent display of the Company’s, Company’s radio stations’ and/or the Company’s client’s signages at all Events;

iii. To ensure safe work practices are implemented on site;

iv. To plan and identify opportunities of the Company’s Events;

v. To assess an Event’s overall success and compile post-campaign reports;

vi. To compile Client Location reports, airchecks and pictures upon request from the Company’s clients;

vii. To coordinate the set-up, execution and tear down of Events. Assume the role of Project Manager as required which includes planning, execution according to budget planned, conduct meetings, prepare necessary documentations (travel requisitions) and liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders;

viii. To conduct final inspections on the day of the Event to ensure everything adheres to the Company’s and/or the Company’s client’s standards;

ix. To take the role of Special Event Personnel as required, whilst maintaining all responsibilities as Special Event Executive;

x. To provide aircheck and pictures of Events;

xi. To prepare daily report and share in network folder;

xii. To provide leadership and direction for Special Event Personnel; and

xiii. To prepare weekly schedule / memo.
