JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Do
- Main contact point between Channels /APSB/OAP/Media Sales, Media Agency, Creative agency, Partners and Network of Clients to manage the General Entertainment (GE) content pillar.
- Developing brand enhancing solutions and interactive solutions for the Malay Business and implementing new ideas and Marketing concepts. This requires the Marketing associate to constantly explore, recommend, use, and optimize communication methods, vehicles, and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated marketing campaign.
- To take a hands-on role within Account Management, including campaign implementation and management, reporting, and agency/vendor supports.
- Responsible for ensuring full campaign delivery and management for the campaigns that he /she manages this includes delivering advertising campaigns on time and achieving the campaign objectives.
- Responsible in making optimizing recommendation to respective stakeholders to increase revenue and achieving targets, thereby contributing to securing further sponsors for our shows/campaigns.
- To help prepare and manage the marketing campaign budget. The person is responsible in keeping track of all billings made to any third parties and to perform supportive duties to ensure timely and accurate information is disseminated to relevant parties and also to assist in ensuring campaign plans are coordinated for maximum effectiveness.
- To assist in the processes associated with the preparation and coordination of 3rd party meetings. Plans, organizes, implement, and evaluates outcomes of the department’s strategic plans. Responsible for the execution for contacts (Legal) and payments (Finance) for all related projects.
- The person should possess excellent organization, networking, and project management skills with the proven ability to own projects and ensure they are managed appropriately through to completion.
- Ability to create and run multiple campaigns while retaining individual focus and priorities effectively.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who You Are
- Degree/ Masters in Business or Marketing Communications or its equivalent
- Experience in a customer facing role & working in the advertising/ media industry
- Proven experience in campaign analysis / reporting & campaign optimisation
- Experience of working to tight targets and deadlines & will thrive and grow with this job in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Good PR skills
- Analytical skills (Excel, ppt, words etc)
- Self-starter and efficient
- Ability to create and run multiple campaigns while retaining individual focus and prioritise effectively
- Ability to collaborate with across internal and external teams and departments & manage internal and external client stakeholder expectations effectively
