**Responsibilities**:
**1. Platform Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

**2. Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**3. Product Management**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

**4. Customer Experience**:

- Enhance the overall customer journey, from browsing to purchase and post-purchase support.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in e-commerce management.

**2. Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

**3. Strategic Thinker**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business goals.

**4. Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**5. Analytical Mindset**:

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

**6. Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
