1.1 Play the core role as ASRS controller, form the ASRS emergency response unit in order to detect issues in ASRS operations real time and resolve issue immediately;
a) Familiar with warehouse operating rules and working principles of logistics equipment, and able to check for any fundamental failure in a timely manner.
- Familiar with ASRS operating rules and working principles and logistics / warehouse facilities, and understanding the principles of ASRS software and hardware operations, being able to quickly analyze and detect issues and solve problems.
- Able to be objective in thinking and suggest rational improvement opportunities of ASRS operations.

b) Serve as primary support for ASRS system (WCS & WMS) for all end user’s issues/questions.

c) Ensures policies and procedures are maintained in relation to the ASRS system (WCS & WMS).

d) Participates in brainstorming sessions to streamline current and new processes and to submit process improvement on a consistent basis.

e) Assists with identifying and resolving operational and procedural issues.

f) Reviews operations and confers with technical or administrative staff to resolve system issues.

g) Responsible for all incoming stocks to ensure they are of the right product, quality and quantity, and meet the requirement for storage in the ASRS system.

h) Report to relevant departments/parties for any discrepancy/issue in terms of quality/quantity of stocks delivered to the warehouse.

1.2 Manages and coordinates all safety related matters in within the warehouse areas.

a) Implement safe working standard, operating guide according to SHE standards.

b) To ensure that workplace conform to organizational safety standards.

c) Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations.

d) Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.

1.3 Assist Logistics Manager for necessary preparation to internal/external audit (ISO, FSC, Safety, etc.).

a) Submission of requested documents to internal/external auditors based on audit requirements.

b) To understand audit requirements and to ensure that they are in line with warehouse management activities.

c) Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new initiatives and procedures related to logistics.

1.4 Warehouse inventory management.

a) Assist the Logistics Manager to identify, analyze and implement a proper inventory management practices to ensure it is running smoothly and more efficient.

1.5 Assist to identify the necessary changes to the day-to-day operations processes in order to improve the overall effectiveness of logistics operations.

1.7 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required. Provides accurate reports on project status as well inventory balance report for reference and action of the respective departments.

1.8 Perform administration and office support activities.

1.9 Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
