As a Customer Service Cum Administrative Assistant, you will be one of key person to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

This position gives you the opportunity to deal with China customer service team and customers of different industries of different countries.

You will be able to grow and groom your assigned territory and create wonderful customer relationship.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Prior logistic customer service experience (2 years or above) in customer order process which include orders processing, attend inquiries and complaints and follow up shipment status will be added advantage.
- A Diploma/Advance/Higher Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
- Able to work efficiently and independently under pressure working environment.

To help you succeed in this role, we will assist you by providing:

- Hand on training conducted by customer service excecutive
- Insurance and Medical coverage (we all fall sick sometimes)
