**主要职责:**
- 提供专业、高效的越南语客户服务,回答用户关于加密货币交易、平台功能以及账户操作等方面的咨询。
- 负责处理用户的问题、投诉和建议,确保问题能够及时、准确地解决。
- 协助解答关于交易流程、数字资产存取、安全性等问题。
- 协助用户完成实名认证、提现、充值等操作,解释相关政策和规定。
- 汇总用户反馈,向相关部门提供市场动态和用户需求的信息,参与制定和改进客户服务流程。**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional and efficient customer service in Vietnamese, addressing user inquiries related to cryptocurrency trading, platform functionalities, and account operations.
- Handle user issues, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of problems.
- Assist in answering questions about the trading process, digital asset access, security measures, etc.
- Aid users in completing operations such as real-name authentication, withdrawals, deposits, while explaining relevant policies and regulations.
- Summarize user feedback and provide market insights and user requirements to relevant departments, participating in the development and improvement of customer service processes.**Requirements**:

- 具有较强的越南语口语和书面表达能力,能够熟练运用中文、英文者优先考虑。
- 对数字货币、区块链和加密货币交易有一定的了解,具备基础的金融知识。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够主动解决问题,耐心细致。
- 有相关客服工作经验者优先,熟悉常见的客服工具和流程。
- 对新技术和新事物保持好奇心,能够快速学习和适应工作中的新知识。
- 具备团队协作精神,能够配合其他部门协同工作。**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Vietnamese, with a preference for those who can also use Chinese or English.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and cryptocurrency trading with a basic knowledge of finance.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to proactively solve problems with patience and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, along with familiarity with common customer service tools and processes.
- Curiosity and adaptability to new technologies and concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and integrate new knowledge into work.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, capable of working in coordination with other departments.
