**Company Background**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting the overall HR operations and activities within the company
- Assist in the end to end recruitment and selection process according to hiring needs
- Ensure accuracy of the issuance of employment contract for permanent, fixed term and short term employees
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires
- Assist and manage the Company training database, training and development program
- Assist submission for government training grants
- Organize interactive company events and activities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits
- Assist on creating an employee profile in Payroll system as segregation of duties on the payroll process

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in full spectrum of HR
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature individual with positive working attitude to work as a team and willing to learn
- Must possess high level of integrity and manage confidential information
- Possess fundamental understanding of Employment Act, HR policies and procedures

**Job Details**:

- 12 month contract - Convertable to permanent
- Normal working hours - Mon to Fri, 830am - 530pm

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
