4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, expenses, and revenues to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement. Prepare financial reports and present findings to management.
5. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
6. Audit Support: Work closely with auditors during internal or external audits, providing necessary documentation and information to ensure a smooth audit process.
7. Financial Systems: Utilize accounting software and tools to perform daily accounting tasks, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports.
8. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, including inflows and outflows, and make recommendations to optimize cash management and liquidity.
9. Financial Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, suggesting improvements where necessary.
10. Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with different departments and related companies, such as finance, sales, and logistic, to gather relevant financial information and ensure accurate record-keeping.
11. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Represent the organization in financial matters and negotiate contracts as needed.
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Excel, SQL accounting software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Leadership abilities to manage a team and drive results.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
