Conduct or receive calls to provide product information and nutritional advice to customers,
- Educate potential customer on products, to encourage conversion and retention of nutrition brands usage
- Data entry and maintenance of customer databases, maintain records of telephonic interactions
- Work closely with marketing to deliver brand knowledge to customers.
- Manage & assist in content creation and copy writing for social media platform of the brand
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
