**JOB DECSRIPTION**:
1. To assist Contract & Procurement Manager, Sr Quantity Surveyor & Executive in administrative works at Contract Department;
2. To assist Contract & Procurement Executive in preparing tender bidding which include request for quotation from suppliers, and to finalize the tender document till submission;
3. To advertise tender/quotation and invite sub-contractors to participate for the projects;
4. To manage tender/quotation purchase session and documents preparation;
5. To assist in preparation of sub-contractor’s Letter Award for Open Tender, Selective Tender, Direct Award and Vote Tender;
6. To record the flow of all claims;
7. To assist in verification of all picture in claim documents to Client;
8. Fax, scan, photocopy and bind documents as instructed (Letter Award, Court Case, letter to Clients, etc);
9. Handle and perform general administrative tasks for Contract department including office cleanliness;
10. Regularly check stationeries inventory, pantry supplies, company’s assets, office equipment and request to replenish when needed;
11. Assist the team to organize meetings including;
- Reserve the meeting venue;
- Prepare previous minute of meetings and supporting documents;
- Follow up with the participants
- Prepare refreshment;
- Record & prepare minute of meetings;
12. To keep and maintain filing arrangement with proper filing and easy to access whenever needed;
13. Any ad hoc matters or assignment from time to time.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or in a related equivalent;
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Short Term Contract (Feb 2023 - April 2023)
- 1 position available.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
