**ADMIN ASSISTANT**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, scanning etc.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Perform all other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
