Job Scopes:

- Provided administrative support including invoicing, process shopee/lazada/tiktok orders and others.
- Support warehouse activity
- Database update
- Follow up order delivery status with supplier
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Well knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel & Google Sheet
- Proficiency in three major languages: Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- 1 year Admin experience
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada is a plus

Working Days & Hours : 6 working days. Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

Working Location : Kawasan Perindustrian SILC, Gelang Patah Johor

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
