- Perform administrative office tasks and operational functions
- Handle ad-hoc duties from superior
- Develop and ensure efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records
- Issue purchase order, sales order, delivery order, invoice and etc.

**Requirements**:

- SPM Certificate/Diploma/Degree or related qualification.
- **Fresh graduate** is encouraged to apply
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in** Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.**:

- Knowledge of Computer literate (Ms Office, Excel, Word etc.)
- Hardworking, possess positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and responsibility
