Admin & HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
To assist the superior in overseeing the daily branch operations including Sales Admin, Warehousing, Logistics, HR and Administration related;
- To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, etc).
- General administration work, database update, reports, meeting minutes and etc. Administer and maintain a proper filing system.
- To assist in monitoring stocks level; To issue Sales Order, Invoice, Delivery Order; To review and monitor RMA outstanding list;
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
**Job Requirement**
- SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Human Resource Management / Marketing or equivalent and/or at least 1 year of working experience;
- Computer literate;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, hardworking and supportive with a high level of integrity;
- Positive Attitude, self-motivated, result oriented;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
