**Job description**
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Assist to manage company business licensing renewal.
- Assist to maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist to purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist in organizing staff activities i.e. Annual Dinner, seasonal celebration and etc.
- Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management from time to time.
- To organize proper record and filing on all Admin related files.
- Attend to employees’ queries pertaining to Admin policies.
- Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management
- Traveling within JB is required for this position

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
