- To assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.
- To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client.
- To evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
- To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bil of quantities.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet the deadlines.
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy and hardworking.
- Able to work dynamic and result oriented.
