- Assist in the measurement of construction work in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Support the Quantity Surveyor in preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Contribute to the valuation of work done on-site, considering variations and change orders.

**Cost Estimation**:

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects.
- Work closely with the QS to analyze and compare costs for different project elements.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
- Update and manage databases related to project costs and quantities.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or fresh graduate encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, such as Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and legal requirements.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
