Responsibilities for Operators
- The WWTP operator are responsible to monitor and operate systems and equipment of WTP & IETS, perform adjustments, observe factors such as temperature and pressure, write daily records, and replace equipment parts as needed.
- Ensure optimal and continuous operation by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
- Responsible for reporting equipment malfunction or trends which indicate possible trouble.
- Perform patrols for all responsible equipment during shifts.
- Perform actions as directed to correct abnormal operating conditions or emergency situations.
- Perform chemistry testing on water of WTP and IETS
- Perform other duties as directed by the Shift Leader
- Carry out any other duties and responsible by superior from time to time.
- Able to Create and Maintain Shift log sheet through properly documented Operation Logs, records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
