7. Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

8. Onsite support

9. Onsite maintenance

10. Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports

11. Verify functionality of hardware and software components

12. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone

13. Assist employees with computer problems

14. Conduct daily network backup operations

15. Looking for hardware part to replace broken hardware for users

16. Solve the issue of projector

17. Setup laptop and mircophone for conference using

18. Manage seikosha printer such as repair and maintenance.

20. Manage server room maintenance & hardware maintenance.

21. Deploy laptop & collect laptop to user.

22. Manage printer code for user.

23. Preparing guidance.

24. Monthly upload video to gim family & gimbook.

25. Manage & Renew premium account subscription, domain hosting

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
