Lead and manage SAP Business One or ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.

Plan and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.

Manage project resources, including project team members, consultants, and vendors, to ensure they are aligned with project goals.

Collaborate with the customer to understand business requirements, identify project risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, including customers, project team members, consultants, and C-level executives.

Conduct project meetings, including kick-off, status, and post-implementation reviews.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members to promote teamwork and a positive project culture.

Guide and mentor consultants throughout the implementation cycle to ensure successful project outcomes.

Use good convincing power to ensure that the project goes live on time and that the customer pays for any additional requests.

Keep track of consultant's billable hours and timesheets to ensure accurate invoicing.

Ensure that implementation documentation is signed by the customer on time before the next stage.

Create and maintain a proper document while asking the technical team for customization, SAP Business add-on, report, or form.

Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project stakeholders.

Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.

Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.

**Job Requirement**:
At least 5 years of consulting experience and 3 years of project management experience for SAP Business One or ERP implementation projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

SAP Business One or ERP implementation certification preferred.

Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and project execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the project team, consultants, and customers.

Ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve project issues and risks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
