Social Media Manager

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics and videos to effectively communicate brand messages and promotions
- Design and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and product launches
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Capture and Edit Video Highlights from Events, Product Demonstrations, and other Relevant Content
- Design and optimise landing pages with appealing graphics and converting copies to enhance user experience and drive conversions

**Qualification**
- Proficient in Both English and Mandarin for Effective Communication and Engagement Across Diverse Audiences
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the Ability to Craft Engaging and Compelling Content
- Creative Thinking, Problem-Solving Abilities and ability to Multitask and Prioritise Tasks in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Up-To-Date Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Trends, and Best Practices
- Proficiency in Graphic Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Video Editing Software

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
