**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for dual tasks (Income Audit & General Cashier)
- Able to multitask
- Any other duties as assigned.
Income Audit
- Produces the daily revenue report accurately and timely
- Audit and complete F&B Checks, Front Office guest room transaction against daily report
- Prepare and posting F&B cover, revenue adjustment journal daily
- Audit any redemption of coupons, certificates, and vouchers
- Audit and prepare complimentary room listing
- Ensure that Daily and Monthly Revenue and Settlement Reconciliation is prepared on a timely basis and all revenue is captured and reported
- Ensure all paid out vouchers have proper authorization, signatures and backup
General Cashier
- Collecting Cashiers’ remittance envelopes from cashier drop safe, counts the money balance with control sheet, post it into General Cashier Report & import into system
- Deposits all cash & cheques collections to the bank daily and file all bank-in slips
- Supplies sufficient loose change for cashiers
- Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs
- To conduct surprised cash count weekly and ensure all shortage are made good
- Summarizes all petty cash disbursement, keep custody of petty cash and maintain the float for reimbursement
- Prepare weekly casual pay out, reconcile payout to the cash and file documents for Journal posting
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
