Tune Protect is seeking an intern to join our talented team and support our wide-ranging Transformation Projects. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are centralized, effective and efficient.

**The Core Job**:

- Work with strategy team to develop and track group strategy across various entities and key projects within the Group and Malaysia entity.
- Support strategic planning process, execution, and monitoring entities performance.
- Perform industry/market research, financial analysis, benchmarking for the industry and competitor analysis to inform overall company strategy which will address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools, alongside observations in trends and actionable data-driven insights, and support to provide insights communication (posters/infographics) to the company through Workplace.
- Assist the production in various progress reports for assigned key strategic initiatives within the group and effective delivery of team’s outputs to agreed deliverables and milestones. Translate data outputs into strategic insights and communicate the results with the stakeholders that will help decision making.
- Support CEO office when assigned.
- Combine business, design, and creative thinking to produce quality and attractive pitch decks, in managing strategic business review and key management presentations.
- Any other duties and projects when assigned from time to time.

**Education/Experience**:

- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking: the ability to draw insights from data, research, and design practical and scalable solutions.
- Ability to quickly transition from pragmatic operational daily decisions to high-level strategic analysis.

**Bonus Points For**:

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Working experience in business strategy, finance, consulting, corporate planning, projects, management, and research is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, P.owerPoint & Word) and Canva.
- Proficiency in Power BI is an added advantage.
