Duties and responsibilities of Personal Assistant 1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients. 2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. 3. Handle requests and queries appropriately. 4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. 5. Make travel arrangements. 6. Take dictation and minutes. Duties to CEO/ Manager (Business Owner) 1. To provide high level confidential support to the CEO/ Manager/ Business Owner by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. 2. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. conference, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required. 3. Maintain CEO’s office systems, including data management and filing. Maintain records of CEO’s contacts. 4. The list of personal assistant duties can be endless. Not only do they provide administrative support, but they also act as a diary scheduler and memorizer, must answer phone calls as and when they come in, and deal with scheduling meetings - often all at the same time. Personal Assistant skills and qualifications 1. Communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Attention to detail. 3. Good organisational skills, particularly in diary management and scheduling. 4. The ability to prioritise work according to deadlines, importance and urgency. 5. Professional and courteous telephone manner. 6. It involves taking initiative. It involves knowing detailed preferences and always being ready to deliver exactly what is needed. Salary ranges from RM1,800.00- RM2,500.00 b. Additional allowance if deemed fit. c. Contribution to EPF, SOCSO, EIS. d.
