As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. You will handle a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence and assisting with various initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings arrangements.
- Compile data and prepare documents as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing files.
- Perform any duty assigned by the director.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Able to read and speak in Mandarin and English.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
