**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Weaver International, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, handling diary management, and performing clerical tasks. The Personal Assistant will support the general manager with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in diary management
- Finance and HR-related knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
