**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**:Arrange and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- **Travel Arrangements**:Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Document Management**:Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and physical documents.
- **Project Support**:Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director.
- **Office Management**:Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the Director’s office is well-stocked and functional.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the Director to support the efficient operation of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
