**Get to know the role and the day-to-day activities**:
- Manages corporate accounts to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- In charges of retention of corporate accounts and grow these accounts in the forms of transactions as well as revenues.
- Performs sales and marketing activities to target segments and to onboard new clients.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating the problems and developing solutions. Thereafter to write-up reports and present recommendations to the team.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new technologies and projects.
- Contributes to the team efforts by accomplishing relevant business results.
- Identifies new potential markets, proposes effective marketing as well as sales strategies.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
**In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following job requirements**:
- Self-driven and result-oriented sales person who strive to achieve targets given.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and business presentation skills.
- Outgoing and confident personalities.
- Ability to build and sustain good business relationships with customers and expand iPay88's market presence in the industry.
- An ‘out-of-the box’ thinker and consistently challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
