Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative and clerical duties for the department, filing, copying, scanning and faxing.
- Answer telephones and relay messages to appropriate recipients.
- Detail in key-in, checking and maintain good records.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
