**职位概述**

管理日常厨房设施操作和工作人员。责任范围包括洗碗室事务、夜间清洁、后备区清洁和维护、宴会摆盘和食品呈送。监督非烹饪工作厨房员工（例如洗碗工、厨房助手等）。努力持续提高客人和员工的满意度，同时维持经营预算。

**核心工作活动**

**管理日常运营**
- 订购和管理必需品。确保工作人员拥有完成工作所需的用品、设备、工具和制服。
- 安排事件、计划和活动，以及其他人的工作。
- 监督订购材料的入库量和当前材料的维护。
- 清点瓷器、玻璃器皿和银器库存。
- 控制食品、设备、小件和酒类的库存，并向指定人员报告短缺情况。
- 检查用品、设备和工作区域，以确保有效的服务并符合标准。
- 调查有关员工事故的报告并进行跟进。
- 管理所有设备、瓷器、玻璃器皿和银器（例如每项提供数量充分的清洁件）。
- 监督员工遵守防损政策的能力，以预防事故并控制成本。
- 对服务用具、设备、地板等进行适当的例行清洁。
- 正确使用和清洁洗碗室的所有机械。
- 确保所有食品保存和运输设备正常运转。
- 确保遵守所有适用的法律法规。
- 确保符合食品处理和卫生标准。
