**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Junior Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will support our Business Development team in securing orders and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in social media management, and participate in presentations, project management, and sales discussions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and work towards our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

I. Assist our Business Development (BD) to prepare sales plans and secure orders for our products, solutions, and services while achieving the sales target as assigned.

II. Identify and establish new customers and to some extent, new business opportunities to ensure sustainable pipelines of businesses.

III. Prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients. Don’t worry, we will always provide support for your presentations. Please know that you will not be alone here.

IV. You will be working closely with Strategic and Analytic department.

V. Social media is part and parcel of our work. The good news is that it is part of your responsibility to assist our BD to maintain, manage, update and track reports for our social media accounts.

VI. Continuing to learn is part of your professional growth plan. Hence, you will take part in project tender exercises, whilst managing project management activities. Of course, you will also take part in management discussions and sales goals, plans and forecasting.

**Skills & Qualifications**

I. Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is preferred, but we also welcome those from other science related bachelor’s degrees.

II. We believe in providing the best value to our clients and positive impacts to our community along the way. You will need to be able to communicate well to articulate our vision, mission and business ethics, and of course to secure clients.

III. We seek someone who is creative, proactive, innovative, responsible and a self-starter as we are just a small group of people coming together for bigger-than-ourselves goals, hence we leverage and depend on each other.

IV. To ensure proper travelling, we will need you to have a valid license and the willingness to travel - but do not worry much as we do provide transportation if you need to go for an outstation trip - fully covered.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
