**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns.
- Resolve customer's enquiries effectively and efficiently to meet customer's expectation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handling company CRM Systems.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the HOD.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Required language: High proficiency in English, Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
- Possess own transport
- Able to work independently, have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kampar, Perak.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kampar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
