IT Helpdesk Analyst

Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customer’s account in the prescribed format
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
- Ensure that performance parameters are met to meet SLA targets
- Always ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection

Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in troubleshooting PC related issues (hardware/software)
- Proficiency in speaking, reading & writing Mandarin (mandatory) & English
- Customer Service & problem handling skills
- Normal working hours but need to support during Public Holiday

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
