**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities
1.To process sales order generate by salesman, issuing invoice/delivery order & prepare shipment for stock delivery.
2.To follow up delivery status & update to supervisor/ salesman accordingly should there any issue.

4.To update invoice in supplier system when necessary.
5.Entertain salesperson for their sales order & sales return.
6.Assist on leave colleagues whenever necessary.
7.Any other duties that assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirement
1.Minimum SPM or above qualification
2.Attention to details and thorough in follow-up
3.Ability to handle multi-tasks and work well with colleagues
4.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English.
