**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of qualification: SPM/Diploma in, Business Development or any related field.**:

- **Strong communication skills**:

- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- **Experienced in handling custom**:

- **Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu**:

- **Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Access) and google drive (Drive, sheet, Doc, Slide)**:

- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
- **Able to travel as when it is required**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Calculate and process duties and taxes, at times follow up with customers to track their payments of duties or taxes.
- Enter details into specialized customs software i.e.: ALDEC, DagangNat.
- Research customs requirements, and attach the necessary documentations during the declaration process.
- Develop understanding on import/export laws and regulations.
- Liaise with officials in various agencies to ensure goods are cleared through customs / quarantine.
- Help to coordinate for transportation, warehousing, storage etc. where necessary
- Help with purchase/simple procurement of goods required for delivery

Pay: RM2,160.00 - RM2,590.00 per month
