- Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that support are

provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Managing and distributing information within an office.
- To develop existing customer and expand new customer database.
- Responsible for the sales and servicing of existing and potential customers.
- Ensure sales growth and increase market share
- Supporting the sales & marketing manager and team for project tender.
- Prepare proposal, quotations, specifications, presentation kits. Maintaining and updating customer database.
- Manage sales follow-up, meetings, quotation, proposal and internal account planning through sales cycle.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of yearly activities.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by phone and personal visit.
- Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with customers.
- Manage telemarketing and marketing research.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Implement the sales execution and its marketing strategies in a professional manner in order that a high level of quality service is upheld at all times.
- Execute all sales, marketing and promotional strategies in order that the sales target can be achieved.
- Check and prepare where required all media, advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to exhibition and customer visit and in order that the information enclosed is accurate.
