To consolidate, analyze the POS data and distribute of relevant report.
- To generate monthly and quarterly sales report and product categories.
- To generate promotion report with analysis details for review.
- Review data input on sales accuracy between POS and SAP and provide rectification.
- To maintain and support all computers related matters within both office and outlets.
- Helpdesk support for POS (Point Of Sales) system back up and monitor systems performance from back end office.
- Co-ordinate with the outlet staff and assist them about POS System, POS software and POS hardware down such as POS machine, printer, customer display, cash drawer, keyboard, modem, UPS and CPU problems.
- Follow up and ensure closure of outstanding issue with technical personnel or outsourced service providers.
- Responsible for communicating with office staff and outlet person in-charge on the status update of their IT related matters and problem.
- Alliance with software vendor to assist in system design and development and communication for the purchases and project installation.
- Any other duties and function as required by your superior from time to time.

**Key Requirements**
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably executives specializing in system back-end report.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and enthusiasm for problem-solving in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to prioritize and plan timelines and be a good team player in accomplishing related results as needed.
