**Job Overview**:
**Job Descriptions**:

- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Assisting the operations/floor team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Conducting keyword research and using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with team members on new ideas and strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations/Floor/Kitchen Department and complete other tasks as needed.
- Looking after internal IT matters.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, computer science or related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- A portfolio of published articles.
- Excellent and effective writing, editing skills and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in database programming and software installation.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation is added advantageous.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
