Overview:
THE ROLE: (Brief summary of what you are looking for)

An Analyst, Human Resource Services GBS will be directly responsible for providing first line services for all transactional and operational deliveries of the HR GBS, as well as for ensuring the follow-up, output, quality, and efficiency of all the activities assigned to it via Service Now or any other media or form that its management determine.

The incumbent will ensure to reach and meet the Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) for all the transactional HR processes within its reach for either internal customer & partners, that could include but not limited to services across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Data Management, and Employee Administration, as well as to maintain the highest standards of compliance on the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all HR transactional services.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)

Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs in the country/region with global standardization.
- Deliver daily administrative services & operational for all HR transactional task within the Regional Global Business Services Center and providing customer service support to Herbalife employees and managers (including but not limited to Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics) within APAC.
- Ensure service partnership agreements (SPA’s) are met for all the catalog process of the HR GBS team.
- Keeping internal systems updated; responsibility for data entry, data maintenance, performing quality checks and data audits.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
- Preparing reports from various HR systems for HR partners and managers as and when required.
- Supporting process design and process documentation creation as well as development of in-scope processes;
- Ensure that the HR records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international Policy, Human Rights, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy, Employment/ Labor Laws, and all Legislative & Regulatory Standards.
- Ensure that Herbalife’s policies are adhered to (e.g., approvals, HR guidelines, etc.) and all appropriate controls are functioning as designed.
- Support the adoption of current and new services provided by the service center.
- Support the strategies focused on the enhancement of the GBS organizational capacity through technology and innovation to facilitate the continuous improvement of services.
- Being a part of transition & transformation project - supporting ad hoc tasks and activities.

Qualifications:

Languages:

- Additional second language in Malay, or Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years related experience in Human Resources especially in HR administration.
- Functional knowledge of HR including employment acts.
- Desirable experience in delivering HR transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in HR.
- Desirable experience Service Delivery or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree required in any discipline, and preferably Business Administration, Human Resource Management or HR relevant fields.
