Assist sales manager to execute wholesales plans.

- Payment reminder.
- Follow up credit note.
- Update latest pricing.
- Check daily order inquiry such as stock.
- Make order, check delivery status, invoice.
- Arrange transporter on stock collections.
- Stock arrangement and stock allocation.
- Responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Service existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
- A deep understanding of the company’s products and services, staying updated with product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis, consistently striving for sales growth and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- At least SPM or Diploma and above from any academic background.
- Proven work experience in sales functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Preferably having working experience in FMCG/ Wine & Spirits industry will be a big advantage.
- Familiarity with alcohol beverages would be a big bonus.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (Preferably).
- Comfortable working in **ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES INDUSTRY**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
