Housekeeping Coordinator

The Housekeeping Coordinator **responds to guest requests**. He/She must be well versed on the hotel's products and services, so he/she can serve guests well. He/She arranges and assists in daily housekeeping operations and requirements. He/She needs to secure maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) Handle all calls for the Housekeeping department and ensures all messages, information and requests are logged, communicated promptly and accurately to provide prompt delivery of excellent service for guests.

2) Take a lead role in the coordination of all Housekeeping employees and activities including office opening and closing, daily room assignments, inspection of rooms, evening service assignments, and other special tasks.
3) Maintain complete knowledge of all Housekeeping services, outlets, hotel areas / features and hours of operation.
4) Keep a complete updated inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies.
5) Order supplies as needed in coordination with management
6) Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
7) Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
8) Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

9) Maintain record HK staff leave record and leave balance.

**REQUIREMENT**

1) Minimum SPM

2) Able to use computer

3) Able to speak in Malay & English

4) Can work under pressure

5) Can work with minimum Supervised

6) Able to work extra hours if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
