KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and execute tasks as per assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
- Answer politely all calls from guest/ customers.
- Precisely record the order or calls in the telephone book and monitor them.
- Dispatch the order or call to the appropriate staff, Supervisor, Handyman, Maintenance, etc.
- To reminder HK colleague the job order and update log book when they done.
- Deliver all Lost and Found items to the Housekeeping.
- Update and prepare all Housekeeping Office stationary.
- Preparing Weekly, Monthly & Inventory report.
- Controlling Housekeeping Office stationary and cleaning items.
- Reporting to your Exec. Housekeeper/ Asst. Housekeeper all items that need to raise for purchase (PR)/ Store Request.
- Be ready to assist or replace room attendant/ linen attendant or help them in their daily activity in case of high occupancy or shortage of manning.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
