**Overall Job Purpose**:
Ensure that all BL complete and accurate content and can solve all problems associated with customer/Liner/Agent. Create the FCL Shipping Schedule and others job matter

**Principal Accountability Statements (Key Result Areas)**

**Performance Measures / KPIs**

1. Print loading list for prepare HBL and LINER BL

Daily

2. Received invoice from EDI dept for key in cargo description at Freight management system

Daily

Before vessel arrive PKG

4. Ensure prepare quality HBL

Time to time

Immediately /Before vessel sailing

6. Liaise with Liner for complete / final BL

Before vessel sailing

7. Create Cargo Manifest for agent to produce Delivery Order at POD

Before vessel arrive POD

8. Any amendment Cargo Manifest must inform/revised to agent & Billing dept

As soon as possible

Once complete

10. Ensure to arrange collection Liner BL

After vessel sailing / Immediately

11. Once complete BL must give to Billing Dept

Immediately

12. Create Shipping Schedule at Bersatu website

Once a week or before Thursday

13. Arrange Telex Release if request

As required

14. Assist EDI department

As required

As required

16. To contribute full supports and commitments toward company development or any special project and assignment from time to time

Time to time

17. Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
