Kota Bharu, Malaysia ZAS HOMES SDN BHD Full time

1) Responsible for managing matters related to GL & RL accounts and transactions.
2) Closing the financial account every month or at a predetermined period for example quarterly, half yearly and so on.
3) Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports if necessary.
4) Prepare complete financial reports i.e. balance sheet, balance sheet, income statement, profit and loss (P&L), flow and other reports (full set of accounts).
5) Make a note, record out
6) Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
7) Calculate operating and production costs.
8) Manage files and account documentation (P&C filing).
9) Assist the auditor in matters related to the audit and provide documents required by the auditor for the audit.
10) Making checks, cashing checks and reissuing them.
11) Prepare company tax returns and answer all tax-related questions.
12) System usage and data entry in the company's accounting system (accounting system).
13) Record all company assets
14) Make monthly company expense payments such as water, electricity, internet,, payment to vendors and hospital and clinic panels and others.
15) Responsible for implementing, supervising systems and operations related to salary payment accounts, revenue collection, revenue receipt, revenue classification, cash book maintenance, deposit register, trust and annual report preparation.
16) Carry out other duties directed from time to time by the employer

CRITERIA:
2) Can drive a car and have a car license (banking etc.) if having own vehicle is better.
3) Can work overtime to complete assignments (return late).
4) Can communicate well.
5) At least 1 or 2 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position. If you have no experience, you can also apply.
6) Having a good personality such as trust, responsibility and commitment.
7) Can follow instructions well and carefully.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
