职责:
行政支持:

- 提供一般行政支持,包括管理电话、电子邮件和通信。
- 组织和安排会议、预约和活动。
- 准备和维护办公室文件、报告和记录。

沟通:

- 作为内部和外部利益相关者的联络点。
- 在办公室内部分发信息,并确保有效的沟通渠道。
- 起草和校对正式文件、电子邮件和公告。

记录管理:

- 保持准确和最新的记录,包括公司文件。

对管理层的支持:

- 协助协调管理层分配的项目和任务。
- 根据需要为高管和经理提供支持,包括安排和组织会议。
- 根据要求向客户和上级提供额外支持。

差旅安排:

- 为员工协调差旅安排,包括预订航班、酒店和交通工具。
- 确保差旅行程得到沟通和组织。

薪资: RM1,500.00至RM3,000.00(每月 )
